Lalo Blanco Tequila (40%)

Lalo Blanco Tequila is a blanco tequila made from 100% blue agave. It is produced with mature Blue Weber agave, deep well water and Champagne yeast, with no additives, flavourings, sugar or colour. The tequila is distilled in Jalisco and is intended for sipping neat, on the rocks or in cocktails such as Margaritas, Palomas and Ranch Water. On the nose there is cooked agave, sweet potato, cinnamon, dulce de leche, vegetal herbs and pear or green apple. The palate is silky and oily, with bold cooked agave, black pepper, citrus or tropical fruit, vanilla and subtle mint. The finish is smooth and balanced, with mild spiciness and a short to medium length that lingers well.
