Lalo Blanco Tequila (37.5cl, 40%)

Lalo Blanco Tequila is an additive-free expression of highland Blue Weber agave, made with mature Blue Weber agave, deep-well water and Champagne yeast. The agave is grown in Los Altos de Jalisco, cooked in stone or brick ovens for 20 to 32 hours, fermented in open vats with Champagne yeast, then double-distilled in copper pots. It is a third-generation family operation led by Eduardo "Lalo" González. The tequila is viscous, smooth and richly flavoured, with creamy agave notes, subtle pepper and spice, and a clean, citrus-tinged finish. It can be sipped neat, on the rocks, or used in cocktails such as margaritas and Palomas.
