Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey Cognac Cask Finish (43%)

Lambay Malt is an Irish blended malt made from at least three Irish single malt distillates, both double and triple distilled and matured in ex-bourbon casks. It is finished in Cognac casks, a house style inspired by the founders' partners at the Camus Cognac house. Trinity Well Water from Lambay island is added before bottling at 43%. The nose offers malt, floral notes, ripe banana and fig. Coconut, malt, dried berries, nutmeg and cardamom lead the palate, and the finish is long, with malt, a little sweetness and soft spice.
