Lambay – Small Batch Irish Whiskey (40%)

Lambay Small Batch is a blend of grain and malt Irish whiskey, and the flagship of the Lambay range. It is bottled at 40%. The grain spirit is triple distilled and matured in ex-bourbon casks before blending and finishing. Spring water from the Trinity Well on Lambay Island is added at bottling. The blend is described as aromatic, floral and well balanced, with enough body to drink neat and to work in a cocktail. The nose is floral, citrusy and spicy. On the palate there are cracked almonds, pepper, malt and floral notes, and the finish is spicy with a lingering touch of sweetness.
