A light and measured Valpolicella DOC with a fragrant texture of ripe red fruits, cherry and sour cherry, supported by a subtle floral note and a hint of spice. The palate is savoury and smooth, with lively acidity, gentle tannins and moderate roundness. The finish is clean, with pleasant persistence and a slightly bitter return that invites another sip. It suits everyday meals such as tomato pasta, pizza, cured meats, grilled white meats, fresh cheeses and vegetable dishes, and is best served slightly chilled at 14-16 °C.
