A deep ruby red Valpolicella Ripasso with violet reflections. The aroma is intense but not invasive, with mature cherry, plum, cooked red fruit, light spicy notes and a hint of bitter almond. On the palate it shows good concentration, soft tannins and lively freshness, with a fruity and spicy persistence. It suits braised meats, meat ragù, roasts, aged cheeses, stuffed pasta and tomato-based dishes. Serve at around 16-18°C.
