A red Lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna made from Grasparossa grapes. It shows an intense, bright ruby colour, with fruity aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry, delicate floral notes and a touch of spice. On the palate it is softly sweet, naturally sparkling and fresh, with light tannin. Brief ageing in steel preserves its lively character. It suits savoury antipasti, cured meats and traditional Emilian dishes.
