It is fresh and lively, with a fine bubble and controlled fermentation that emphasises fruity and spicy notes. Steel ageing preserves its freshness and direct character.
The nose brings intense cherry, raspberry and a delicate hint of black pepper. On the palate, dryness is balanced by pleasant acidity, making it suitable with cured meats, pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.
