Lambrusco di Modena DOC Spumante Rosato Extra Dry - Righi

A pale pink sparkling wine with fine, lively bubbles. The nose offers clear notes of small red fruits, floral hints and a fresh note. Acidity is well defined and the balance is supported by the contained residual sugar typical of the Extra Dry classification. The bubbles add freshness without heaviness, making it immediate and pleasant. On the palate it is easy-drinking, with good savouriness and a slender texture leaving fruity returns and a pleasant persistence. Serve cold, around 6-8 °C, as an aperitif or with light cold cuts, fresh cheeses, light fish dishes and summer vegetable recipes.
