Righi Lambrusco di Modena DOC Biologico Semisecco (10%)

An organic Lambrusco di Modena DOC from Righi, with lively effervescence and fine bubbles. It shows a bright ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose offers ripe red fruit, small fruits and delicate floral notes, with a light touch of sweet spice. The profile is balanced, with light sweetness integrated with freshness and soft tannins. It pairs well with typical cured meats, Emilian dishes, stuffed pasta and semi-aged cheeses, as well as tomato-based dishes and light fried foods. Served cool, around eight to ten degrees Celsius, it shows its vivacity and soft finish best. Certified organic, it is intended to be consumed young.
