A frizzante red wine from Emilia-Romagna, made from Lambrusco Grasparossa. It has an intense, almost black red colour, medium-full body and balanced residual sweetness. The nose offers blackberry and raspberry, floral notes, spice and aromatic herbs. On the palate the fizz is well balanced, giving fresh liveliness. It pairs with Emilian dishes such as fried gnocco, cured meats, cheeses and light fruit desserts.
