Lambrusco Grasparossa DOC Secco - Selva Masacci

A dry red sparkling wine from the Modena area of Emilia-Romagna, made exclusively from Lambrusco Grasparossa. It is a deep ruby red with violet reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows blackberry and raspberry, with floral notes and a light spicy touch. On the palate it is vigorous and expressive, with acidity and tannins in balance and flavours of ripe fruit. The finish has a light bitter note that adds to its appeal.
