Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Burlotto Gian Carlo Cantina Massara (13%)

Langhe Nebbiolo DOC Burlotto Gian Carlo comes from a single vineyard on the north-eastern, mid-to-lower part of the Neirane hill in the municipality of Verduno. It is made from Nebbiolo grapes and reflects the character of the Langhe, where the Burlotto family has its viticultural history. The clay soil contributes to the structure of the wine, which ages for 12 months in wood. In the glass it is garnet red with orange reflections. The aroma is characteristic, delicate and subtle; on the palate it is dry, full-bodied and velvety. It is recommended with red meats, game and cheeses, and should be served between 18 and 20 degrees Celsius. The minimum declared alcohol content is 13%.
