Laphroaig 10 Year Old is a single malt from the Laphroaig distillery on the south coast of Islay, the first of the three Kildalton distilleries and one of the heavily peated southern Islay malts. Its medicinal, smoky flavour divides opinion. It is full-bodied and smoky, with a residual sweetness, a hint of salt and a seaweedy, peaty character, followed by a long warming finish.
