The nose is classic medicinal peat with warm spices, sultanas and dark chocolate. The palate is intensely smoky yet rounded, with raisins, caramelised nuts, dried figs and a hint of sea salt. The finish is long, rich and smoky, with a lingering sweet sherry warmth.
