Laphroaig 10 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from Islay, aged for ten years. Laphroaig was founded in 1815 and is one of the few distilleries still using traditional malting floors.
The malt takes in the thick blue smoke of peat-fired kilns, and the whisky is full in flavour, with layers of peat smoke.
Seaweed aromas, a surprising touch of sweetness and small hints of salt sit alongside the smoke. The finish is long.
