This is a ten-year-old Laphroaig from the first batch of the Cask Strength series, bottled in 2009 at 57.8% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is described as very pleasant. The palate shows far more peat than the nose suggests: the smoke arrives quickly, then tapers off. The finish is teasing and heathery.
