Laphroaig 15 Year Old is a permanent Islay single malt, and the distillery's first 15 year old expression in over a decade. It was matured in American oak bourbon barrels and bottled without chill filtration at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Smoke runs alongside fresh citrus, vanilla and warming spice. The palate brings sea salt, black pepper, cinnamon, clove and coriander, then juicy peach and ripe grapefruit, and the long smoky finish joins savoury and sweet notes.
