Laphroaig – Four Oak

Laphroaig Four Oak is an Islay single malt made by combining whisky matured in four kinds of cask: ex-bourbon barrels, quarter casks in a nineteenth-century style, European oak hogsheads and virgin American oak. It has a bright golden colour and a velvety texture, with a softness that keeps the Laphroaig character intact. The virgin American oak brings sweet vanilla forward, and it sits alongside the peat smoke and seaweed notes the distillery is known for.
