Laphroaig The Cask Lore is a peated Islay single malt Scotch whisky, made from malted barley and bottled at 48% ABV. It has matured in several types of oak cask. The nose is powerful, with smoke and peat, seaweed, iodine, vanilla and soft spice. The palate is broad and intense, with strong peat balanced by slightly sweet, woody notes. The finish is long, salty and smoky.
