Larceny Barrel Proof Batch B524 Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 62.7%)

This is batch B524 of Larceny Barrel Proof, a Kentucky straight bourbon made from a wheated mashbill of 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. The whiskey is aged for six to eight years. It is bottled at full barrel strength, 125.4 proof, and is non-chill filtered. Larceny Barrel Proof is released three times a year, in January, May and September, and each release has its own flavour and strength. The nose brings toasted bread with maple and cinnamon. On the palate, rich molasses coats the tongue alongside fig and hazelnut, and the finish fades into lingering warmth.
