Larceny Barrel Proof Batch C923 Kentucky Straight Bourbon (75cl, 63.2%)

A Kentucky straight bourbon from Larceny, bottled at barrel proof as batch C923, in a 750ml bottle. It is a wheated bourbon and is bottled at 126.4 proof, which is 63.2% ABV. Each release of Larceny Barrel Proof has its own flavour and strength, because no two barrels age in quite the same way. The colour is a dark sepia. The nose offers toasted bread with maple and cinnamon. On the palate, rich molasses coats the tongue, with fig and hazelnut. The finish fades slowly into lingering warmth.
