The Christmas Cask is the 2023 release from Lark, a single malt from Australia bottled at 44.6% abv in a 500ml bottle.
It takes its inspiration from the fruit mince pies of Jean Pascal, a Tasmanian pâtisserie, and from the red wine barrels of Frogmore Creek.
The whisky is described as well balanced and approachable, made for sharing and for pouring with dessert on Christmas Day.
