Lark – Wolf Release IV Single Malt Whisky (50cl, 50%)

Wolf Release IV is a 2021 limited release Australian single malt from Lark, bottled at 50% in a 500ml bottle. It follows an exchange of barrels with Wolf of the Willows Brewery in Victoria. The result is built around smoked malt and chocolate, with a bright citrus lift on top. On the nose there is citrus, toasted coconut, caramelised malt, grapefruit, cocoa powder and oak. The palate brings orange syrup, grapefruit, old oak, smoked malt, dark chocolate and toffee, and the finish is smoky and creamy with citrus running through it.
