Lark Wolf Release V is an Australian single malt bottled at 51% in a 100ml bottle. It is the fifth year of a collaboration between the House of Lark and Wolf of the Willows, a brewery in Victoria, in which a beer and a whisky are swapped. Lark's tropical fruit single malt is matured in Wolf of the Willows JSP casks.
The nose has subtle grassy hops with toffee apple, baked pear and creamy hazelnut. The palate is intense mocha with roasted malt, dark chocolate and raspberry, and the finish carries espresso ice cream alongside cream soda.
