Le Cantorie Extra Brut Franciacorta DOCG (1.5L)

Le Cantorie Extra Brut Franciacorta DOCG is an Italian sparkling wine from Franciacorta, presented in a 150cl Magnum. It is made mainly from Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, with partial fermentation in small wooden containers. It follows the traditional method used in Franciacorta. It shows a bright straw-yellow colour with fine, persistent perlage. The nose has green apple, citrus, yeast and fresh bread. The palate is fresh and structured, with fresh fruit and a light creaminess, ending clean and persistent.
