This is an 18 year old Ledaig single malt Scotch whisky from Living Souls, bottled as Batch 1 in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled at Ledaig, also known as Tobermory, and matured in refill butts and hogsheads.
The nose is delicate, with smoke, dried fruit and caramel. The palate is compact, with sweet spice, earthy notes and a light saltiness, and the finish is warm and lingering.
