Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon bottled at 57% in a 75cl bottle. It comes from a collaboration between Fred Noe and Shinji Fukuyo.
The bourbon is partially finished in wine, sherry and ex-Yamazaki casks. It joins the James B. Beam Distilling Company in Clermont with the Yamazaki Distillery near Kyoto, pairing Kentucky bourbon-making with Japanese blending.
It is described as having rich aromas of mature oak and lingering spice, with a flavour of dried fruits.
