Leiper's Fork – Bottled in Bond Tennessee Whiskey (70cl)

Leiper's Fork Bottled in Bond is a Tennessee whiskey from a craft distillery near Franklin, in Williamson County, founded by Lee and Lynlee Kennedy. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Every barrel is filled with local, non-GMO grains, with rye alongside malted barley in the mash. It is pot distilled in a full-bodied, pre-Prohibition style and mellowed through sugar maple charcoal before ageing. The nose is creamy mocha and caramel syrup with dark cherry and honeyed stone fruit. The palate has toffee, chocolate cherries, spiced biscuit and mellow oak. The finish is long, with lasting sweetness and warm spice.
