A red wine from Leone Conti, deep ruby in colour, with aromas of ripe red and black fruits, light spicy notes and discreet floral hints. The palate has well-integrated tannins and sustained structure, with good freshness, and the finish is clean and medium in persistence. It suits red meat, roasts and medium to long-aged cheeses, as well as rustic traditional dishes. Serving at 16-18 C and brief decanting are suggested.
