Liberty Pole Spirits Bourbon is a Pennsylvania bourbon bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is made with locally grown bloody butcher corn and local wheat, and matured in deeply charred new oak barrels.
The story behind it looks back to the Mingo Creek Society, whose framers are said to have left the area after the Rebellion and moved to Kentucky to distil whiskey from corn. This bourbon brings that idea back home.
