Liberty Pole Peated Bourbon is a bourbon from Liberty Pole Spirits, in a 75cl bottle, that brings together peated Scotch and American bourbon styles.
The distillery regards it as its most unusual product. The mash pairs heavily peated barley with Bloody Butcher corn, and the spirit is aged in new American white oak barrels.
Its character is described as smoky yet sweet, and complex.
