Limitless Infinity Repeating #001 (70cl, 46%)

A lightly peated blended malt Scotch whisky at 46%, in a 70cl bottle. It combines malts from the Highlands and from Islay, the latter adding a fine touch of peat. The whisky matured in bourbon casks, then spent a few months in a second-fill red wine cask. The name nods to the art of blending, and the number suggests that cask choice and maturation may change in later editions. The nose is peaty with soft malt and candied orange. The palate brings warm peat, roasted pecans, gentle spice and a light caramel note, and the finish is soft, with pecans.
