The nose is fresh soft fruit, apples and plums, with a little vanilla and a hint of cedar. On the palate it is full and soft, mostly sweet, with honey and malt. The texture is syrupy, kept fresh and clean by a pleasant acidity. The finish is long, with cedar and a gentle dryness.
