This is a 13-year-old Linkwood from Speyside, a single cask bottling from Milroy's Soho Selection at a natural cask strength of 53.4%. It is not chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The whisky matured in an American oak hogshead, with no sherry or other wine casks involved, so the character of the distillery and that of the cask sit side by side. The result is a sweet, fruity and fresh dram in the elegant, fruity style Linkwood is known for.
