This is a 20 year old Linkwood from Speyside, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 43% ABV. It was distilled on 11 May 1995, matured in two hogsheads (numbers 5929 and 5931) and bottled on 4 November 2015.
Given a little patience, the nose is complex, with kiwi, strawberry, citrus and marzipan. The palate is again fruity, with chocolate, pepper and ginger, and there is more pepper in the finish.
