This is a 1997 Linkwood single malt from Speyside, bottled by The Nectar Of The Daily Drams at 56% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Linkwood stands south of Elgin, close to the River Lossie, on a parkland site of four hectares surrounded by woodland. Peter Brown founded the distillery in 1821, and his son William rebuilt it completely in 1871. Its water comes from springs at Loch Milbuis, and Diageo owns it today.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
