The whisky matured in first-fill and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts.
The nose is a rich bouquet of sweet cherries, pastry, nuts and spice. The palate starts with spice and moves to sweeter raisins and red berries, nuts and mocha. The finish is medium in length, with spice and wood to the fore.
