This is a 25 year old Linkwood single malt from Speyside, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail at 46% abv as part of its Distillery Labels range. The 2025 release shows rich sherry influences.
The nose offers baked apple, stewed raisin and cinnamon. On the palate it is sweet and spicy, with date, prune and raisin, warming pepper, and hints of cinnamon and clove. The finish has a nutty edge balanced by lingering oak.
