This is a 25 year old Speyside single malt from Linkwood, matured and bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in Elgin as part of their Distillery Labels range. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in sherry casks.
On the nose there are sherry, dried fruit, aniseed and oak. The palate is soft, with sweet notes of stewed fruit, citrus, vanilla and toasted nuts, and the long finish leans on oak and fruit.
