A Speyside single malt from Linkwood, distilled in 1989 and bottled in 2017 by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society at 27 years old and 49.3% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It is single cask 39.140, named An Intriguing Fusion. The whisky matured in a single virgin oak cask and gave 222 bottles. Linkwood is counted among the light Speyside distilleries. When mature, it keeps its freshness while the palate gains a thick texture.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
