Lip Service Rye Whiskey is Dave Phinney's first release of a three-year-old rye, bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It is aged first in charred American oak barrels, then finished in wine barrels, giving the rye two stages of maturation.
The finish is described as layered and complex.
