Lismore The Legend 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt named after the island of Lismore in the Inner Hebrides. It belongs to the Lismore range made by William Lundie & Co., using recipes handed down through the Lundie family.
The whisky is 21 years old and comes from sherry hogsheads, in a 75cl bottle.
On the nose there are Chelsea buns, brown sugar and light gusts of spicy oak. The palate offers custard, cinnamon and sherried fruit, with blood orange and raisins. The finish is vanilla sweetness with nuts.
