Loch Lomond Original is a subtly peated single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The distillery makes single malt, single grain and blended whiskies, and this is its single malt.
The nose brings caramel, oily walnut and a touch of dusty, smoky oak. The palate offers digestive biscuits and ginger snaps, with subtle vegetal notes developing later. The finish carries diced almond, coffee bean and toasted malt.
