This is a single cask Highland single malt from Loch Lomond, cask #197, selected and bottled by the independent bottler Dun Eideann. It is bottled at a cask strength of 56.4% ABV, non-chill filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is baked apple, toasted coconut and warm oak spice with a touch of waxy citrus. The palate is honeyed malt, grilled pineapple, nutmeg and vanilla, with a rich, oily mouthfeel and a hit of heat. The finish is long, spiced and drying, with oak tannins, toffee and light smoke.
