Loch Lomond – Single Grain Cooper's Collection 2024 (50%)

This is the second whisky in Loch Lomond's Single Grain Cooper's Collection, an annual series of limited releases from master blender Michael Henry. It was distilled from 100% malted barley and matured in American oak casks, then finished in Spanish oak casks. Only 9,000 bottles were filled, at 50%, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The nose has floral notes, ripe berries and toasted oak. The palate is sweet and spicy, with creamy vanilla, honey and clove. The finish is medium in length, with warming oak and clove.
