Loch Lomond – Steam & Fire (70cl, 46%)

Steam & Fire is a single malt from Loch Lomond, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle without chill-filtering or added colour. It matured first in a combination of first fill Bourbon barrels and refill American oak casks. It then spent a further ten months in heavily charred American oak casks. The nose is described as toffee, apple, fudge, vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate come orange, peach, marmalade, coffee, melted brown sugar and toasted marshmallow.
