Loch Lomond – The Open 150th St. Andrews

Loch Lomond The Open 150th St. Andrews is a special edition made for the 150th Open Championship, held at St Andrews in 2022. Master blender Michael Henry created it together with Colin Montgomerie. The whisky matured in American oak, then spent an additional period in Bordeaux red wine casks, which add complexity to the Loch Lomond house style. The nose brings strawberries, peaches and limes. The palate is creamy caramel sweetness with lingering oak spice, and the finish is mild and smoky.
