Loch Lomond – The Open Special Edition 2024 (70cl, 40%)

This is a Loch Lomond single malt created to mark the partnership between the distillery and The British Open golf tournament. It was put together by ambassador Colin Montgomerie and Master Blender Michael Henry. The whisky was first matured in American oak barrels and hogsheads, then finished in hand-selected, first-fill Chianti casks. It is bottled in a 70cl bottle. The flavours are described as fruit, honey and soft smoke, with added notes of red berries and oak tannins.
