Lock Stock and Barrel 20 Year is a straight rye whisky, aged for 20 years and bottled at 56% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The barrels come from Alberta Distillers Ltd. and were hand-selected by the late Robert J. Cooper, a third-generation distiller. The mash bill is 100% rye grain, distilled in copper pot stills, and a robust cut was chosen for ageing.
The whisky matured in cold weather in newly charred American oak barrels, which are charred rather than toasted.
